A failed university is a university that has degraded to a point where basic conditions and responsibilities of a university no longer function properly. Likewise, when a university weakens and its standard of education declines, it introduces the possibility of total university failure. • Inferior teaching standards. Sometimes lectures can even be replaced by computer screen readers used by blind people.
